- Come in for your Initial Free Consultation to review your specific financial situation and let us take on your creditors and stop the harassment immediately
- Create a plan of attack to start eliminating your debt using all the weapons in the book:
-Expense Reduction & Negotiation
-Debt Validation
-Chapter 7 or 13 Bankruptcy
-Debt Settlement
-Loan Modification
-Debt Consolidation - Create a time line for the day you eliminate your last debt (avg. 3-12 months)
- Eliminate your debt as quickly as possible
This process usually takes 3-12 months to have 75-100% of you credit card, medical bills and other non-secured debt eliminated. Once the debt is eliminated the credit repair process begins.
